She has played a pivotal role in advancing Offshore Doublehanded sailing, competing at World Championships to support its bid for inclusion as an official Olympic sport.

As Regional Vice President for a pioneering health startup, she spearheaded initiatives that not only met but exceeded financial and operational targets, establishing scalable best practices for future growth.
